Your information.
Handled thoughtfully.

This notice explains what happens to your information when you explore our work, ask about a project or request a discovery call.

Who looks after your information?

Weblueprints is operated by Yinka as a sole trader. Yinka is the controller responsible for the personal information described here. For enquiries or privacy requests, email hello.weblueprints@gmail.com.

What we collect and why.

If you contact us or request a call, we receive your name, email address, preferred appointment time, time zone, project details and any other information you choose to provide. Booking records can also include confirmation, cancellation and rescheduling details. We use this information to reply, understand your needs, arrange the call and discuss a possible project. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in project notes.

Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and security logs to deliver the website, prevent abuse and investigate faults.

Your blueprint and booking.

The blueprint planner runs in your browser. Selecting options does not submit an enquiry to us. Your choices appear in the booking-page URL when you continue, and are passed to Cal.com to prefill the booking form. You can review and edit those notes before submitting. A booking request reaches us when you submit it. Choosing email opens a draft in your email app; you decide whether to send it.

Bookings require personal acceptance. We use Cal.com to manage requests and Google Calendar, Gmail and Google Meet to organise and communicate about confirmed calls. The planner suggests a starting point; it does not make decisions about whether we accept your project.

Our reasons for using it.

We process information to take steps you request before entering a contract, and to deliver agreed services if you become a client. We also rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, managing our studio and keeping our services secure, taking account of your rights. Where we must retain particular records to meet a legal obligation, that obligation is our basis. We do not add you to a marketing list simply because you contact us or book a call.

The services involved.

Vercel hosts this website. Cloudflare provides our domain and DNS services. Cal.com processes booking information for us, and Google provides our email, calendar and video-call services. Google Fonts delivers the website font and receives the technical request needed to do so. We share information only as needed to operate these services, manage your enquiry or meet a legal requirement; we do not sell your personal information.

These providers may process information outside the UK. Their applicable data-protection terms describe the transfer safeguards they use. Read the policies for Vercel, Cloudflare, Cal.com and Google for more about their own processing. You can contact us about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

Cookies, storage and live previews.

We have not added advertising trackers or an analytics service to the main website. The booking calendar and live portfolio previews load third-party services when used. Those providers may use their own cookies or browser storage, including for functionality, security or an existing signed-in session. Their privacy and cookie policies apply to those services. A portfolio capture alone is an image hosted on this website; opening a live preview connects your browser to that website.

Your browser lets you control cookies and storage. Blocking third-party services may affect embedded previews or booking; you can always email us instead. The external booking link also lets you use Cal.com directly.

How long we keep it.

For enquiries that do not become projects, we keep the details for up to six months after the last meaningful contact, then delete them unless a discussion is continuing or a specific legal or dispute-related reason requires longer retention. This covers enquiry email, booking notes and related calendar records under our control.

If an enquiry becomes a project, we retain relevant correspondence and project records for the duration of the work and afterwards only as needed for support, accounting, legal obligations or resolving disputes. The period depends on the record and the reason for keeping it. Ask us if you need the retention details for your project.

Your choices and rights.

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, receive a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. If we ever rely on consent for a particular use, you can withdraw it. Contact hello.weblueprints@gmail.com; we may need to confirm your identity before responding.

You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would welcome the opportunity to address your concern first.
