How referral rewards work

Launchpad referrals earn £50; Business Builder and Blueprint referrals earn £100, paid after the final invoice clears. A qualifying Grow referral earns £100 after month two is paid. Agree the referral with us before introducing the client. Referred clients receive a Google Business Profile setup or an extra page, rather than a package discount.

Before you choose

A few useful answers.

Is hosting included?

No. Builds cover design and launch. Hosting is £15/mo (or £149/yr). Care at £39/mo includes hosting and same-day small updates, with around one hour of changes each month. The Launchpad Bundle includes its first 3 months of Hosting.

How do payments work?

50% upfront to book your slot, 50% on launch. Payment in instalments is available on Business Builder. The scope, payment schedule and client agreement are settled before you pay a deposit.

Can you add online booking?

Yes. We embed the active booking system you already use, such as Fresha, Square, Calendly or Booksy, at no extra build cost. You provide the booking account and embed details; any provider subscription is yours.

Can I take payments online?

Yes, via Stripe as a £149 add-on. A small online store is £400; larger stores are scoped as part of Blueprint, from £1,500.

Do I own my website and domain?

Your domain is registered in your name. You own the finished website and the work we create for you, subject to any third-party licences. If you leave, we can hand the site over to your own hosting under the agreed handover arrangements.

How long does it take?

Launchpad typically takes 5–7 working days; Business Builder takes around 2–3 weeks. Timings start once we have your completed content questionnaire, images, brand assets and booking details. Blueprint delivery is agreed per project.

What if I start with Launchpad and grow?

Upgrade to Business Builder within 6 months and your £299 is credited towards the build.

I’m on Wix. Can you move me?

Yes. We rebuild your website custom. Wix migration is £150 and Hosting starts at £15/mo. Existing bookings or store features are reviewed separately so we agree how they will work on the new site.

Do I have to write my own website content?

No. You fill in a short questionnaire about your business and we write the website copy for you.

I don’t have a logo. Can you help?

Yes. Our Brand Kit (£149 with a website build) gives you a wordmark logo, colours, fonts and a simple brand guide.

Do you guarantee Google rankings?

No. We don’t guarantee rankings, traffic or a number of leads. We agree the work, carry it out and report clearly on progress.
